Flat out impressive how good this bass sounds. Just ordered one for my nonprofit - looking forward to giving it a spin! On a side note, many moons ago when I heard Fender was pulling the plug on their Japan factory, I picked up a Japanese Foto Flame P Bass. I yanked the frets, installed some Quarter Pounders, a Leo Quan Badass bridge, replaced the tuners, ditched the pick guard, added a set of Thomastik-Infeld flatwounds and it has been my 'number one' bass ever since.

So I have looking for pickup replacement for the same 2 basses from HB. Do you have a recommendation for EZ swap out pickups for them. Both P and J basses . I'm not a soldering guy if you know what I mean
